Small & Medium Fixed Earth Stations

AvL designs and manufactures small and medium fixed Earth stations at the request of customers, and our antennas feature thermally-stable carbon fiber or carbon fiber composite reflectors and high-efficiency optics. Reflector sizes include 1.2m, 1.4m, 1.6m, 1.8m, 2.4m, 3.0m and 3.8m. These antennas feature high-stiffness elevation-over-azimuth heads for installation on a customer-furnished pipe or non-pen mount with an electronics mounting frame, and can be upgraded with a de-icing kit and CFE equipment integration.. The antennas operate in Ku- and Ka-band, and the 2.4m and larger antennas operate in C-band.
