GEO VEHICLE & TRAILER MOUNT ANTENNAS & TERMINALS

1.8m Vehicle-Mount/DriveAway Antennas

AvL’s 1.8m vehicle-mount / driveaway antennas are available in Mobile VSAT and ruggedized configurations. AvL’s 1.8m Mobile VSAT antennas operate in Ku- and C-bands, and the ruggedized antennas also operate in Ka-band for commercial, SNG and military applications. The antennas feature a vehicle-mount pallet, and the Mobile VSAT model has an engineered composite reflector whereas the ruggedized antennas features a carbon fiber reflector with surface treatment for Ka-band.

The 1.8m vehicle-mount antenna family includes the following models:

  • Model 1800 is ruggedized with standard 2-port Precision Ku-band feed or optional 2-port Mode-Matched Ku-band or 2-port L-band
  • Model 1810 is ruggedized with 2-port Precision Ku-band feed (standard cross-pol comp.); this antenna is band-configurable and will operate with 4-port Ku-band wideband or 2-port C-Band, and is 2- or 4-port Ka-band ready
  • Model 1812 is ruggedized with 2-port Mode-Matched Ku-band feed (enhanced cross-pol comp.); this antenna is band-configurable and will operate with 4-port Ku-band wideband or 2-port C-Band, and is 2- or 4-port Ka-band ready
  • Model 1878 operates in Ku-, standard C-, INSAT C- or L-band
