Construction on AvL's new building is nearly complete! This morning Jim Oliver placed the final brick on the building, and Bryan Kerns placed the next-to-final brick. Mad Mountain Mud Run

Congrats to AvL employees Mimi Griffin and Angela Howard on completing the 2016 Mad Mountain Mud Run! This 3+ mile mad & muddy, crazy & filthy obstacle course race and festival took place in Hendersonville, NC on June 4th, and the proceeds benefitted the Hendersonville children's museum Hands On!-A Child’s Gallery. Way to get exercise and get muddy for a great cause!comment | link
Fisher House Foundation - Day at the Lakewood BlueClaws

AvL Technologies has participated in the Day at the Lakewood BlueClaws benefitting the Fisher House Foundation for the past 8 years. This great event raised $40,000+ this year, and has raised $240,000+ over the event's 10-year history. The Fisher House Foundation is best known for its network of comfort homes where military and veterans’ families can stay at no cost while a loved one is receiving treatment. These homes are located at major military and VA medical centers nationwide, close to the medical center or hospital they serve.

Free Online Course on Satellite Communications

Three French engineering schools have joined efforts to prepare A FREE ONLINE COURSE ON SATELLITE COMMUNICATIONS. The course is delivered in English and follows a successful French-speaking session in June 2015. The course is hosted on Coursera and was launched on June 6, and registration for the first session is possible till June 13. The course demonstrates an AvL Technologies antenna and it's FREE!!
