AvL Technologies manufacturing operates at two cutting-edge facilities in Asheville, NC. Together, these facilities encompass more than 65,500 square feet of manufacturing space. This substantial footprint provides AvL the capacity to produce more than 5,000 antennas annually, meeting the high demands of our global customers.

Precision and Custom Manufacturing

Precision Manufacturing Team:
This fine-tuned team specializes in manufacturing AvL core products and core products with modifications for special applications. This team’s expertise with the assembly and testing of core products ensures consistent quality and reliability.
Custom Manufacturing Team:
Collaborating with customers with special requirements, this team focuses on the development of new products, prototypes, customized core products, and small quantity orders. This team also manages preproduction runs and fine-tuning processes that lead to high-volume production.
