You will be provided with a case number, which will be used to track your request. If you need support for an issue with a specific AvL product, please have the serial number available; follow the PDF link below for images of where to find antenna serial numbers. You may also provide photos via the Online Support Portal.
If the return of your product is required, a Return Authorization will be provided to you via email link.

AvL warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of shipment, and some individual products may include extended warranties as agreed upon in the Purchase Order.
